JDS Series Submersible Vortex Sewage Pump is designed for Sewage handling from Domestic as well as Industrial Sector and Heavy Duty Waste Water from Factories. Rotation of the Impeller produces Vortex flow in the pump casing which allows solid particles to be pumped out with minimum contact to the impeller. It has Submersible Squirrel-cage Induction Motor with F class insulation and with motor protection Class IP68. The rotor and shaft are made of High Tensile Stainless Steel 410/420. Cable entry is designed with Anti-wicking Block at motor entry. Single Phase motor has thermal protection and Three phase motors are fitted with Overload protector. Top and bottom bearing are high quality Deep-groove C3 Type ball bearing. It has oil seal to give extra protection from the leakages of oil chamber.
